2024-2027 Strategic Plan2024-2027 Strategic Plan

NWRC Governing Board adopted the agency’s 2024 – 2027 Strategic Plan. NWRC Executive Director Amanda McDade is “excited about the changes to the new Strategic Plan.  While the plan remains focused on supporting our mission, values, and vision we have incorporated elements that focus on the diverse and changing needs in our communities like the shortage of caregivers, increasing behavioral health needs, and access to health care in rural areas. Our goal is to use evidence-based programming to reframe how we think, take on new challenges, and provide comprehensive support systems. The plan provides a compass to move forward.”

Key themes covered in the plan include building a long-term services and support system to meet complex needs, supporting family caregivers and people impacted by dementia, providing information and access, transportation, coordination with tribes, social isolation and loneliness, and diversity and equity.
