Case Management Week

Join us as we recognize and celebrate case managers October 9 – 15, 2022!

Case managers enhance client care by helping clients, and their families, navigate through complex health care systems. They remove barriers and bridge gaps through advocacy, evaluation, planning, and resource coordination, helping more people access the programs and services they need to improve their overall health, safety, and wellness goals.

This week is set aside as an opportunity to express our gratitude for the many dedicated case managers who provide compassion, wisdom, and expertise toward the goal of improved outcomes for those they serve.

“Over the last couple of years, NWRC Case Managers have adapted to a rapidly changing environment. They continued to collaborate with clients and other health care providers throughout the pandemic to improve health care outcomes during an extremely challenging time. This week we honor and celebrate their dedication to NWRC and the community.” said Amanda McDade, Executive Director.

Join us in expressing gratitude for these hardworking professionals by sharing a quick ‘thank you' the next time you have the opportunity!
